2Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to natural persons who, as of the date of entry:
- Are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater); and
- Are legal residents of any country except: the Province of Quebec (Canada), Belgium, Italy, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and any other jurisdiction where the Giveaway is prohibited, restricted, or would require registration, bonding, or other regulatory filings.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sonokinetic B.V. and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible to win.
By entering, the entrant represents and warrants that they meet all eligibility requirements.
3Promotion Period
The Giveaway runs from Monday, 18 May 2026 at 00:00 CET through Saturday, 31 May 2026 at 23:59 CET (the "Promotion Period").
Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. Sonokinetic's server clock is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.
4How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, submit the free sign-up form on this page during the Promotion Period.
To be valid, an entry must include:
- A valid email address;
- Confirmation that the entrant is 18+ and a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction; and
- Acknowledgment of these Official Rules.
Entry is free. No purchase is required to enter or win, and no purchase will improve an entrant's chances of winning. The Sonokinetic May 2026 sale (offering tiered discounts on Sonokinetic products) is a separate, concurrent promotion and is not part of the Giveaway. Purchasing one or more products during the Promotion Period does not generate Giveaway entries.
5Entry Limit
Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period. Duplicate submissions from the same person — whether using the same email address, additional email addresses, or any other identifier — will be consolidated into a single entry. Use of bots, scripts, or any other artificial method of submitting entries will result in disqualification.
Sonokinetic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to consolidate entries that it determines originate from the same person or household, and to disqualify entries that violate the spirit of these Rules.
6The Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: the Sonokinetic Complete Bundle, comprising digital licenses to Sonokinetic's full current catalogue of sample library products as of the Giveaway drawing date.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): EUR 3,765.06 (approximately USD 4,100 at exchange rates current as of the start of the Promotion Period).
The Prize is awarded as a digital download license under Sonokinetic's standard end-user license agreement, available at sonokinetic.net/support/license-agreement. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered. Sonokinetic reserves the right, in the event the Prize is unavailable for any reason, to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.
The Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges that may apply to the receipt or use of the Prize in their jurisdiction.
7Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8Winner Selection and Notification
On or around Monday, 1 June 2026, one (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sonokinetic B.V. or its designated representative using a verifiable random selection process.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their winning entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the Prize within seven (7) calendar days of the notification email being sent. If the potential winner:
- does not respond within the response period;
- cannot be reached at the email address provided;
- is found to be ineligible;
- declines the Prize; or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the Prize will be forfeited and Sonokinetic may, in its sole discretion, conduct a new random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Sonokinetic is not responsible for failed, delayed, or undelivered email notifications.
9Privacy and Data Use
Sonokinetic is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with this Giveaway. The legal basis for processing entrants' personal data is:
- Contract / pre-contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — administering the Giveaway, validating eligibility, contacting the winner, and delivering the Prize; and
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — only where an entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications.
Sonokinetic will retain entry data only for as long as necessary to administer the Giveaway and comply with applicable record-keeping obligations, after which entry data will be deleted or anonymized. Entrants who have not separately opted in to marketing will not receive marketing communications.
Entrants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of their personal data, and the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). 10Conditions of Participation
By entering, each entrant:
- Agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sonokinetic, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway;
- Represents that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete;
- Agrees that Sonokinetic may, in connection with announcing or promoting the Giveaway result, publish the winner's first name, last initial, and country of residence on Sonokinetic's website and social channels, without further compensation or notice, except where prohibited by law;
- Releases Sonokinetic, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
Sonokinetic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be: (i) tampering with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway; (ii) violating these Official Rules; or (iii) acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or unlawful manner.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sonokinetic and its affiliates are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, garbled, or technically corrupted entries; (ii) failures of telecommunications, networks, computer systems, servers, or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention; (iv) printing or typographical errors in any Giveaway materials; or (v) any cause beyond Sonokinetic's reasonable control that may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
Sonokinetic reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, in which case Sonokinetic may, at its discretion, conduct a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the action taken.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12Governing Law and Disputes
These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Utrecht, the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of an entrant's country of residence require otherwise.
